- Key content includes: understanding strategy, emotional intelligence, influencing and persuasion, systems thinking/leadership, commercial thinking and risk.
- The programme has been running for 4 years, attracting senior business partners, leaders across all disciplines and line managers
- Consistently high satisfaction scores (excellent/very good) with significant onward referral within the Council
